Renewing? You’ll need your club attendance record

Ask the club secretary for a printout of your shooting record. It lists every date you shot, the rifles you used and whose certificate they were on — ready to go with your application.

Forms are Crown copyright, published by the Home Office on GOV.UK. They’re updated from time to time — if in doubt, check GOV.UK or your police force’s website for the latest version.
